The Advanced Dry Heat Sterilizer is specially designed for sterilizing glassware, metal instruments, ampoules, vials, surgical tools, powders, and heat-resistant materials using high-temperature dry air circulation technology.


The machine is manufactured with GMP-compliant Stainless Steel SS 304 / SS 316 construction for hygienic operation, corrosion resistance, and long operational life. The chamber is fully insulated with high-density mineral wool insulation to reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.


The sterilizer operates on hot air circulation technology where motorized blowers continuously circulate uniform heated air inside the chamber for accurate sterilization performance. High-performance stainless steel tubular heaters ensure fast heating and stable temperature control throughout the sterilization cycle.


The equipment is integrated with advanced PLC-based automatic control systems and HMI touch screen operation for user-friendly monitoring and process control. The automatic control panel allows operators to monitor chamber temperature, sterilization time, heating cycle, alarm system, and process status with high accuracy.


The temperature range of the machine is generally available from 50°C to 300°C with temperature accuracy of approximately ±1°C. The system is designed to provide uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber for reliable sterilization results.


Advanced safety features such as high-temperature cut-off system, emergency alarms, overload protection, safety interlocks, and automatic shutdown systems ensure safe and reliable operation during continuous industrial use.


The Dry Heat Sterilizer is widely used in pharmaceutical industries for depyrogenation applications where removal of bacterial endotoxins and pyrogens from ampoules and vials is extremely important before injectable filling processes.


The machine is available in both semi-automatic and fully automatic models according to industrial production requirements. Optional features such as validation ports, data logger systems, SCADA integration, and printer attachment are also available.
